Use this form to request fee waivers for the ACT or SAT test. Students using the Free and Reduced Lunch Program qualify for these waivers, offered by ACT and College Board. Please note that these waivers are ONLY available for Juniors and Seniors, and have a limit to the number a student can have.
Once Mrs. McGrath-Malahy verifies you qualify, she will send a waiver code to you via email or call you in to her office.
