ADMISSION PROCEDURE FOR COLLEGE STUDENTS:

STEP 1- ONLINE REGISTRATION (Initial Step)
STEP 2- Applicant Verification- Wait for a confirmation via SMS or FB Messenger. (Please check your FB Messenger Message Request)
STEP 3- Online INTERVIEW (applicant and parent/guardian)
STEP 4- Reservation/Enrolment

ADMISSION REQUIREMENTS:

1) Recent 1.5x 1.5 photo (2 pcs)
2) PSA Birth certificate (2 clear copies)
3) Baptismal Certificate
4) Report Card
* Transfer credentials (if transferee)
5) Good Moral Certificate- to be filled out by the Adviser or Guidance Counselor
