Dear Parent / Guardian,

This letter is to inform you that your child is eligible for participation in the 2022 Xposure Summer Enrichment Program. The 2022 Xposure Summer Enrichment Program will take place at Westbury Middle School, Monday through Friday during the month of July 2022.  The program will begin on Tuesday, July 5th and end on Friday, July 29th.  The hours are 8:00 AM to 12:00 PM, each day. In order for your child to maximize the benefits of this learning opportunity, we are asking that you assure your child attends the program every day.  

Before the program begins, we would like to bring to your attention the following important information:
** If your child has two unexcused absences, he/she will be removed from the roster to allow other students to benefit from the program.  
** Transportation may be provided. Please complete the information below carefully because changes cannot be made.
** In this program, is designed to enrich your child's learning by focusing on strategies to improve their literacy and math skills, in addition to enriching their social emotional learning experience and development.  This program is a wonderful opportunity for your child to continue learning throughout the summer, in a way that is both motivating and engaging.

Please complete and submit this form promptly by Friday, June 24, 2022. Failure to return the permission slip by the indicated deadline will result in your child being placed on a waiting list.

Esta carta es para informarle que su hijo(a) es elegible para participar en el Programa de Enriquecimiento de Verano Xposure 2022. El Programa de Enriquecimiento de Verano Xposure 2022 se llevará a cabo en Westbury Middle School, de lunes a viernes durante el mes de julio de 2022. El programa comenzará el martes 5 de julio y finalizará el viernes 29 de julio. El horario es de 8:00 am a 12:00 pm todos los días. Para que su hijo(a) aproveche al máximo los beneficios de esta oportunidad de aprendizaje, le pedimos que asegure su presencia al programa todos los días.

Antes del comienzo del programa, nos gustaría darle la siguiente  información importante:
** Si su hijo(a) tiene dos ausencias injustificadas, será eliminado de la lista para permitir que otros estudiantes se beneficien del programa.
** Se puede proporcionar transporte. Por favor complete la siguiente información cuidadosamente pues no se podrán hacer cambios.
** Este programa está diseñado para enriquecer el aprendizaje de su hijo(a), centrándose en estrategias para mejorar sus habilidades de lectoescritura y matemáticas, además de enriquecer su experiencia y desarrollo de aprendizaje socioemocional. Este programa es una oportunidad maravillosa para que su hijo(a) continúe aprendiendo durante el verano de una manera motivadora y a la vez atractiva.

Complete y envíe este formulario antes del viernes 24 de junio de 2022. Si no devuelve el formulario de permiso antes de la fecha límite indicada, su hijo(a) será colocado en una lista de espera.
