I understand that participation in athletics/activities and the travel involved with being on a team/club constitutes a risk of injury and will not hold Maine Central Institute or any employee of MCI responsible should an injury occur. Furthermore, I have read, understand and will support my child in abiding by the training and eligibility rules set forth by MCI for any athletic season, drama or music activity.
