Holy Trinity Youth Music Ministry Interest Form
Holy Trinity will be forming a youth choir as part of the music ministry, which will be open to young singers between 5th grade through 12th grade. This choir will be integrated into the music at the 9:00am Masses in Trinity Hall, as well as possibly other parish Masses. Please submit responses to Matthew Ogden (mogden@trinity.org)

Are you interested in your child participating in a youth choir as part of the music ministry at Holy Trinity? *

Would you be willing to commit to having your child attend rehearsals from 10:15-11:00am on select Sunday mornings, immediately following the 9:00am Mass in Trinity Hall? (Please note: these rehearsals will be two Sundays per month -- Sept 11, Sept 25, Oct 2, Oct 16, Nov 6, Nov 20, Dec 4 -- attending the majority of scheduled rehearsals is ideal, although missing one or two rehearsals due to schedule conflicts is acceptable.)
