1. Please complete the following google form to begin the schedule change process and reserve your spot in line.

2. Fill out the paper Schedule Change Request Form (pink paper) and return the signed form to Mrs. Peacock in the Front Office.

3. You will be contacted by the counselors to discuss and make the change, if possible. Please be prepared at that time with $10 for the class change fee.

NOTE: Schedule changes will be processed by this form, and ONLY this form. Please do not try to skip the line by emailing or leaving a voice message. THANK YOU!
