Te Huruhi School will be open for instructional teaching and learning from Wednesday 17 November.  Although we don't know exactly what this will look like just yet, there is still a possibility  that the school will be split into two groups with many ministry guidelines and rules in place.  Please refer to Phil's letter.

The form now allows for you to edit to original form.  So with the knowledge of the rules and regulations about returning to school, can please adjust the form accordingly if you have already filled it in or if you haven't yet filled the form in, we strongly urge you to so we can plan how the school will operate when we open.  

If you have siblings please can you complete the form separately for each child.
