Deadline to register using this form for County Events (Share the Fun, Public Speaking, Demonstrations, Illustrated Talks, Horse Demonstrations, Cloverbud Pledges and Photos/Graphic Design*) is March 10, 2023. Please contact the 4-H office if you have any questions, 352-671-8400. Please complete form for each youth.

*Photos/Graphic Designs have additional steps to enter (Release form, digital copy and actual photos (8x10) need to be turned into the 4-H office by March 15th)

Photo and Graphic Design Entries

All photo and graphic design entries must be turned into the 4-H office no later than April 18th with digital copies and release forms (one per entry). Release forms can be found at:

Digital copies can be emailed to chelsea.jones@ufl.edu or turned in on a jump drive if too large to email. Please put youth name, age division and category (People, Flora and Fauna, Scenic, Still Life or Black and White) in the subject line of the email.
