REFUNDS POLICY: In such cases where the commissioners decided to cancel the commission when the order is already processed, commissioners could ask for a full refund under these conditions:
- The commission is still in the draft/sketch stage/less than 50% done. Once the commission is completed, refunds will not be available.
- Artist unable to deliver due to reasonable/emergency causes (commissioner will be notified beforehand)
- This policy is in place to protect against possible issues. It may change or be updated at any time.
