Intent to Join
Graduating honors program members from DMACC, Scott Community College, and Southeastern Community College who wish to join the University Honors Program at UNI should submit an Intent to Join.  Per the articulation agreement, please submit this form one semester prior to enrolling at UNI.

Materials will be reviewed and applicants notified as soon as possible once we have received both the intent to join AND verification from your current Honors Program Director (https://forms.gle/pHhvGTZzTDNuscVF9).
