Vendors - Fall Harvest Fest and Apple Day 2023
Harvest Fest is back and we'd love to have our friends from the community out to celebrate with us. This form is for vendors who would like to sell something at the event. Contact me for a different form if you are a local organization looking to set up an activity.

 I agree to the following restrictions and policies:
1.  10% of my revenue for the day will be donated to the museum
2.  No soda or water can be sold at my booth
3.  I am responsible for bringing my own tent, tables, chairs, etc.
4.  Booths are limited to 10' x10' for each vendor

Remember that this is a family-friendly event!  The Historical Museum reserves the right to reject any vendor application that we feel is not appropriate for this event.
