Nomination Guidelines:

Nominations will be accepted until Friday, September 28, 2023. The elections are scheduled for the Annual General Meeting on Sunday, October 1, 2023, at 2:00 pm.
All nominations must be submitted through this platform. No nominations will be considered outside of the designated period or through alternative methods. If required, feel free to contact info@msbca.ca or ask a friend for assistance.
Each nominee must possess a current membership in good standing and obtain endorsements from two MSBCA members who are also in good standing.
Every nominee will need to provide responses to a brief questionnaire, including a personal biography, interests, and MSBCA-related objectives.
The secretary and membership coordinator will validate the membership status of each nominee and their two endorsing members to ensure eligibility. The Board will not officially endorse any nominee.
The secretary and membership coordinator will review each application for accuracy.
Candidates will be contacted by the secretary for a face-to-face meeting or a phone conversation.
