Join us in Costa Rica, 2025!  We have two retreats: April 5-12 and 12-19. Fill out the form below to express interest. We are encouraging past participants to join the second week.

New participants must have a one-time, 50-minute psychological intake session with Mrs. Strasburg before the retreat. Intake appointments are $250 and are held via Zoom. 

Please note: 
  • Filling out this form does not guarantee acceptance into the retreat. 
  • There is a medical intake form. You may attend any future retreats once the medical form and psychological interview are completed and participation has been cleared.
  • The intake, deposits, and retreat payments are made via Venmo.
  • Deposit required for Elemental Healing in Costa Rica secures your spot.
  • Because we are a small business, retreat deposits are non-refundable.
  • It is strongly recommended that all participants have a therapist they see regularly and schedule a session within one week after the retreat date.
