It's awesome you're considering doing this group! This is my favorite formula for results. I keep each Accountability group to 5 members.

Here's what you'll have for 4 weeks (2/6/23 - 3/5/23)

We text daily, have a daily health food shake (or BODi nutritional you need), drink lots of water & do our BODi workout
I will host 2 group zoom calls to meet, check in & connect
I will share gut healthy recipes & mindset encouragement

Here's what's expected of you

Your commitment to do your best, even when it's not convenient
Your responsibility to contribute positively to the group, while being realistic and asking for prayer or support in tough times (a good rule of thumb: every 1 complaint in your life, look for 3 gratitudes & write them down, speak them out loud)
This is not a free group
