Religious Education Registration Form 2022-2023
Welcome to Our Lady of Czestochowa Religious Education! Classes meet for one hour on Mondays for grades 1,3-6 at 4:30 PM, and for grades 7-11 at 5:30 PM and begin October 17. The fee is unchanged from last year - $45/student with a maximum of $80 for more than two from the same family. Use this form to register your child.
Preparation Program for the sacrament of the Eucharist and Reconciliation will be on Tuesdays from 4:45-5:45pm.
