ELISA Mentorship Project Proposal
This form is used for ELISA community mentors to submit a mentorship project proposal to the TSC for review and approval. When approved by the TSC, the mentorship project will be listed on LFX Mentorship for 4 weeks to accept mentee applications. Please note the following ELISA mentorship proposal submission deadline:

-- Spring Term: proposal due January 31st, mentorship begins on March 1st
-- Summer Term: proposal due April 30th, mentorship begins on June 1st
-- Fall Term: proposal due July 31st, mentorship begins on September 1st

Learning Objectives (well-defined learning objectives are an integral part of providing a positive mentorship experience; please describe what the mentee will learn/develop/grow as an open source contributor through this experience) *
Expected Outcomes or Deliverables ( please list the anticipated outcomes or what the  mentee is expected to deliver, e.g. features, applications, demos, studies, or research papers and etc.) *
Skills (please list both required and desirable skills,  technical knowledge or background, or training in a mentee for them to successful complete the project) *
