CANCELLATION/REFUNDS - If you need to cancel your order for any reason, please notify Sprinkle Box Treats at
sprinkleboxtreats@gmail.com 72 hours prior to your scheduled pickup or delivery time. A refund will be issued if the cancellation request is made 72 hours or more prior to your scheduled time. Unfortunately, cancellations requested within 72 hours of the scheduled pickup or delivery time are non refundable. If a refund is issued, the money will be refunded through the same form of payment as the order was purchased. SUBSTITUTIONS/ALTERATIONS - changes to your original order are allowed any time prior to the start of the order. This includes flavor alterations, flavor add ons, design changes, and design add ons; however, there may be an increase in price depending on the new requests. Pricing is subject to change based on the complexity of the request.
PRICING - all dessert prices listed on the order forms are subject to change depending on the complexity/design requested, especially for cakes, cupcakes, and decorated cookies. The final price will be clearly communicated to you prior to your payment.
PAYMENT - all payments must be made in full prior to the start of your order. Your order will NOT be started until full payment is received. All payments can be made electronically through venmo, paypal, or zelle.
LATE FEES - A time for pickup will be communicated with you via text and unless otherwise communicated that is the time expected for you to pickup your items. There is a 10 minute grace period; however, after that an additional $25 will be added for every 30 minutes you are late. Unfortunately as a college student my class schedule does not allow room to wait for late orders.
CARE AND HANDLING - Once the dessert has left my possession (either delivered or picked up) Sprinkle Box Treats no longer has responsibility for anything that happens to the dessert.
DESIGN VARIATION - Although we make every attempt to provide an exact design and match the colors, custom desserts are a work of art and it may not be possible to match the exact photo provided, but we will come as close as possible. The final product may be subject to variations.
