2024 Sequim Lavender Festival Nonprofits

HOURS OF OPERATION
  • All booths must be open for business Friday - Saturday, 9 am to 7 pm and Sunday, 9am – 5pm. 
  • Vendors are expected to be present during all three days of the Festival, follow the load-in/load-out instructions and contracted hours of operation. 
  • Failure to remain open during Festival hours will result in denial of future participation in the Festival.
  • Festival load-in will be on Thursday, July 18th.
  • Vendor’s dogs and other pets are not allowed in or around the booths 
  • You must provide a contact / cell phone number for staff use and be available after hours for emergency calls throughout the event.
NO SMOKING POLICY
Please note that this event does not permit smoking or the use of tobacco products. All vendors and their respective employees, assistants or representatives are not permitted to smoke or use tobacco products anywhere in the Festival site. Vendors in violation of this policy will be asked to leave the Festival and the booth fee will be forfeited. 

FIRE CODE REQUIREMENTS
BOOTHS MUST BE FIRE-PROOF WITH TAGS  per Section 3104.2 & 3104.3 of the current edition of the  International Fire Code.  The tags can be NFPA 701 or CPAI-84 or California Fire Marshal, Title 19 certified for the festival.

BOOTH SECURITY AND SAFETY
  • Booths must be covered and able to withstand strong wind and rain.
  • Booths may be left up overnight as there is a security patrol, but merchandise should be secured.
  • The Sequim Lavender Festival is not responsible for loss or damage.
  • “Blue tarps” are not allowed as booth shelters, but can be used to secure the booth at night.
  • Each Vendor is required to have a minimum of 50 pounds of weight on each tent leg.
Space is limited so we are not able to guarantee a booth for all nonprofits that apply! You will be notified by May 30 on your booth decision.
