Lit Ventures: Hedge Seed Round
Hedge is currently raising a strategic note from investors in fintech & web3 sectors, as well as investors who can help with marketing and distribution (which is where the Litquidity team comes in). The SAFE note will be at a $11M post-money valuation cap and scheduled to close March 4th, as the company will be raising capital on the Republic crowdfunding platform. The team aims to raise a full Series A funding round later this year.
