Daily Prayers @ MAC
We are pleased, elhamdulilah, to open the Masjid's doors once again for prayer! This registration form is for the daily prayers.

There are a few conditions that we all must adhere to:

- All congregants must preregister. This is critical for the tracing mechanism
- Our capacity is now 15%, which means we have 45 spots for each prayer, elhamdulilah!
- We're open for both brothers and sisters
- Physical distancing is observed (2m / 6ft)
- Congregants must bring their own prayer mats AND face masks (as per provincial requirements)
- Wudo (ablution) to be done at home
- Age limit: 14+ years old
- Gatherings inside the masjid before or after prayers are not permitted
