PICK UP/DROP OFF/ MEET LOCATIONS:
I am willing to meet you in a public location from Cecil County (MD, Newark (DE), Wilmington (DE), Middletown (DE), New Castle (DE) and surrounding locations.

QUALIFY:

-Are 60% of your item's name brand? (Less than 40% of your items are from Target/Walmart.)
-Are your items stain free and/or in working condition?

*Consignors who participate as a VIP consignor at the Just Between Friends events in Harrington, Middletown & Dover will receive 40% of their sale price minus my tagging supply fees (detailed below).

*You will also need to purchase a VIP Consignor ticket for each sale. I will email you a link for this if I am able to tag for you.

HOW TO MAXIMIZE YOUR CHECK!

1. Make sure your seasonally appropriate items are clean, have all pieces, and are free of pet hair, rips, stains, and orders.

2. Keep outfits together whenever possible and keep like size/category together.

3. Hang up the clothes (if you choose to do this, ensure you follow the hanging requirements outlined by JBF or a rehanging fee will be charged)

4. Toys and non-clothing items must be in working order. Please make sure plastic items are wiped clean to avoid any cleaning fees.

FEES:

20% of sales.

- $.25 cents per tag for supplies (Tag printing, cardstock, zip-lock bags, tape, etc.)

- $ Hanger fees: .25 cents per hanger
- $ Hang up fees: .10 cents per item that needs to be hung up.

- $ Clothing Cleaning: .10 cents per item that is dirty or containing an odor. *If clothing is unable to be cleaned and contains stains -you will be charged .10 cents per stained item. (Clothing, fabric items and shoes). These items will be donated to a charity*
- $1-3 per battery (depending on battery size) *Items must have working batteries in them to avoid this fee.
- $2 per toy or large plastic items that need to be cleaned once dropped off to me.

- $2-5 per bag of clothing that has not been separated by size and/or gender *Price depends on size of bag/container*

- $5 large item assembly fee, if required.
- $Broken items: $1 per item.
In some instances if a toy is only missing pieces but is still in good, functioning order, it may still be sellable. (ie. a race track that is missing a car, a set of 50 building blocks that is missing 5 blocks (excluding Lego sets), a toy kitchen with no play food, an excursuses missing one toy, a bouncy seat missing a toy bar, ). Please indicate what is missing at drop off. Or contact me before drop off if you have a question.

50% OFF and 75% OFF Reduction

All items will be marked down for sale on Discount Days.

We have a 50% off sale and a 75% off sale. As a VIP consignor, you MUST participate in reducing your items down to 50% off and 75% off. This means that on the discount days, your items if sold would be 50% off or 75% off.

DONATIONS:
------------------------
Items that have not sold after 2 sales, will be donated to the participating charity at JBF Harrington, Dover & Middletown. Donations are made at my discretion. If items are not donated after 2 sales, they could be taken to a future sale and if they are sold you will receive residual checks.
Once your items are tagged , they will not be returned to you at any time. There is no exception to this rule as tagged items are then sorted into our master inventory for drop off.
Unacceptable items will be donated to one of our charities. (stained/broken/missing pieces/odor). I will notify you by email if you have more than 10 unacceptable items, prior to donation.

You will receive a PRESALE PASS:

All VIP Tagging Consignors will be EMAILED a presale pass to enter during the Consignor's presale for yourself and guests. You will be able to shop the entire sale with FREE entry! . This email arrives one week before the event.

****These 5 steps will ensure that you most out of your VIP consignor check:
1. Make sure your items are clean, have all pieces, and are free from pet hair, stains, and odors and are within the seasons guidelines. The better they look the more likely they are to sell.
2. Keep the outfits together.
3. Hang up the clothes. Hangers should have the hook face left to look like a question mark. ? (or at minimum provide hangers to your tagger to offset the supply cost/fees you will be charged).
4. Toys and non-clothing items must be in working order. Check this before you do your drop off to avoid the battery fees.

Once you fill out this form, I will email you to CONFIRM my availability to tag for you and schedule a date and time for drop off.
