Hello, and sorry for the inconvenience!

Due to quite a many people recently uninstalling the extension, and me not receiving any feedback, I decided to create this OPTIONAL survey to hopefully get some information on why users decide to uninstall the extension.
So, if you could spend a minute and answer to a couple of questions regarding the extension, it would really help.
I only wish to make the extension better, but I am unable to do so without feedback.
