Pueblo: HB21-1290 Funding Request Form
Please complete this form to apply for all or a portion of the funding earmark for PUEBLO as outlined in the Funding Guidance Document.

To accommodate state procurement rules and ensure a quicker release of funds for approved projects, we have established rolling deadlines and decision dates for this funding application. These deadlines will not impact the amount of Pueblo's earmark, and eligible entities may apply for that earmark in whole or in part at any time, subject to the conditions outlined in this form and the Funding Guidance Document.

Funding decisions for all requests received by the last day of each month will be announced publicly on our website by the last day of the next month, following at least one meeting between OJT staff and each applicant. The monthly rolling deadlines and decision dates will continue for as long as earmarked funds remain available.

Please note that, while we cannot guarantee the timing of the release of funds, applicants who wish to receive funding during the current fiscal year, which ends on June 30, 2022, should submit applications by April 30, 2022.
