To start the booking process please complete the form below. If we can accommodate your event, we will send
you a confirmation email with our menu. Please note venues which are located
more than 10 miles from our Williamsville location require a $500 minimum sales
requirement for 2 hours of service, or less if requested. Any event/location
that is 1 hour away requires a $1,500 dollar minimum.
We generally book events
with an expectation of 250 guests per food truck (excluding dessert trucks). Please
note Friday nights and Saturdays also have a minimum sales agreement. Sunday
events have a $1,000 minimum sales agreement.
Events booked one week prior to the
scheduled date require a $150 “last minute” booking fee.
