To start the booking process please complete the form below. If we can accommodate your event, we will send you a confirmation email with our menu. Please note venues which are located more than 10 miles from our Williamsville location require a $500 minimum sales requirement for 2 hours of service, or less if requested. Any event/location that is 1 hour away requires a $1,500 dollar minimum.

We generally book events with an expectation of 250 guests per food truck (excluding dessert trucks). Please note Friday nights and Saturdays also have a minimum sales agreement. Sunday events have a $1,000 minimum sales agreement.

Events booked one week prior to the scheduled date require a $150 “last minute” booking fee.

We always carry gluten free bread, and vegan options. Please let us know if you know how many dietary requests there maybe on site. Also please include any requests for menu changes, flyers etc that you may need.
