Hi Raiders!
This request form is for students with last names that fall between Ramos-Z. Requests will be reviewed for students with an error in their schedule, to add or drop a class or to change electives. Please note, requests to change teachers or move periods to be placed with friends will not be approved. Once your form is submitted, please wait patiently for your counselor to call you. We will try to have all students called in within the first two weeks of school. You do not need to submit another form.

Please note, the only exception for a request to change teachers is if you have already taken a course with a particular teacher, failed the class and are placed in the class with the same teacher again. These requests will be accommodated depending upon space in the other sections. If this is your situation, please explain below.
