Spring Flower Sale
As the weather gets nicer it always great to plant a little bit and make our home even more beautiful.

We are partnering up with Shannon's Florist in Brooklyn to have a Spring Flower Sale. Please see below pictures of the items which is followed by an order form. Please for each item pick a quantity even if it is zero. All order forms are due by Friday, April 23rd.  We need to have the order to the florist no later than Friday April 23rd.

All payment must come through Venmo. Please make your family’s payment to “@SFDSACADEMY”. Please be sure to include your family name Spring Flower Sales in the notes section. Please note that your order is not complete until payment is made and the order form is submitted.

The completed form(s) and payment is due by Friday the 23rd.  


The items will be delivered to the school early on April 28th  and will be available to be picked up at dismissal.
