This form is the first step to obtain a faculty/staff account for use in APS Cafeterias serviced by the Nutrition Department. You will be noitified by email when the account has been created

Once your request has been processed, your next step is to register your account online at www.myschoolbucks.com to add funds to your account.  
NOTE:  All unused balances are rolled over each school year. Additionally, refunds of unused balances may be requested here: REQUEST A REFUND
