We are so excited to have you participate in The Nappy Project and help you get started on your reusable nappy journey.

This survey is being completed by families receiving a free nappy pack, to help us establish baseline data that we can compare with after the project to evaluate the success of the program.

Your information is secure and will be used solely for the purposes of gathering feedback and comparing nappy use data at the start and end of the program. Consolidated data will have no links to your name or contact details - we are only collecting name and address details to tick off nappy pack recipients and to reply to you on any questions you raise in the survey.
