Thank you for your interest in PSN!

Palatine Support Network is a community of peers who are passionate about supporting mental health and well-being of students. We hold weekly, peer-facilitated groups where students come together to talk about what is going on in their lives and possible ways of taking care of themselves and each other. PSN also organizes kickbacks, community-wide events centered around self-care, wellness and making connections.

The weekly groups are led by students who are trained in creating and facilitating a space and dialogue that is accessible, inclusive, and engaging. They are trained by a variety of resources, related to a holistic view of mental health. The groups are typically 3-7 students in total, with varying subject matter and structure. Our intention is to create a safe, confidential and consistent space, which offers students an opportunity to build self-awareness, relax, focus on self-growth and create meaningful relationships.

Sign up below. The groups will launch on the 29nd of January but you are welcome to sign up throughout the semester!
