Overview
Bad practices and a lack of procedures related to Human resources is a significant barrier to productivity and real improvement of working conditions and social dialogue in the garment sector. This training course is to provide practical guidance and tools for factories to better apply the law and internal work rules and policies. Key topics covered include contracts, recruitment process, carrier management, and termination process.

rate of conformity in the garment sector
