Practice days, times, and locations are assigned to
coaches. Space is limited.
9U and
10U are limited to practice twice a week for one hour per day only.
Select
your top three options for your practice days and time. Selections are not guaranteed,
and the Practice Coordinators will confirm your days and times for practice and
assign you a practice field. There is a chance that we will have to look beyond
these options if spaces fill up.
If you
are coaching two teams, please submit a separate form for each team and let us
know the other division you are coaching in the space provided at the end of
this form.
This does not give you permission to begin practice.
Coaches with requirements met will be given priority to their practice requests.
Field location will be provided at a later date.
