To apply for open enrollment to Fairbanks for the 2020-2021 school year, please complete the application below.
Please note the following:
1. Applications are accepted from 8:00am, Monday April 14, 2020 - 4:00pm, Friday, May 1, 2020. You must fill out an application for each student.
2. Based on current capacity, we do not expect to be able to accept any new applicants in grades 1-12.
3. A proof of residence must be emailed to Kelly Heiss at
kheiss@fairbankspanthers.org. Proof of residence is a gas, water or electric bill in the parent/guardian's name. The full bill with both the service and mailing address visible must be sent.
4. If you have a child in grades 7-12 who would like to play sports, please reference the OHSAA ByLaws regarding open enrolled students. ByLaws can be found by copying and pasting this URL:

6. The district will notify families, by mail, no later than July 31, 2020 of their student's open enrollment status for the 2020-2021 school year.
