BY ORDERING FROM ASKINOSIE CHOCOLATE YOU AGREE TO THE FOLLOWING:

1. AGENCY: By submitting this form, I have the authority to act on behalf of the above company and bind it to these terms and conditions.
2. SHIPPING: All prices are F.O.B. Askinosie Chocolate, Springfield, MO USA and the method and route of shipment are at Askinosie Chocolate's discretion. For international shipments, prices are quoted as Ex Works, our factory, Springfield, MO USA. We do not offer cost-delivered pricing and we do not provide shipping estimates. There is a 2% additional packaging/handling fee on all bulk orders.
3. TAXES: You are responsible for the payment of applicable federal, state, and local taxes unless an appropriate government tax exemption form is provided to Askinosie Chocolate in advance.
4. PAYMENT: Payment is due at the time of sale for all products, shipping and handling and applicable taxes, unless approved for Credit Terms. Initial orders require payment with credit card. For customers on credit terms, all invoices are due within thirty (30) days of the invoice date unless otherwise stated. A service charge of one and one half percent (1.5% per month) may be assessed on delinquent invoices.
5. PRICE CHANGES: Askinosie Chocolate reserves the right to change its prices and charges for its products and services at its discretion.
6. CANCELLATION: Once an order has been placed and processed by Askinosie Chocolate, it may only be cancelled with the consent of Askinosie Chocolate. Items may be added to processed orders, but additional product and shipping charges will apply. If items are cancelled from a processed order, a 20% restocking fee may apply.
7. VENDOR SALES: You are not authorized to package and/or re-sell Askinosie Chocolate bulk products (as defined on Price Sheet) to end users and that you are not authorized to sell Askinosie Chocolate to other resellers. In addition, you agree that you will only purchase Askinosie Chocolate products from Askinosie Chocolate domestically or approved distributors internationally.
8. ORDERING: Minimum order is 5 kg. All bulk products must be ordered in 5 kg increments.
9. LEAD TIME: Please allow at least a 1-week fulfillment lead-time for all standard bulk orders. Orders over 50 kg and any custom orders will have longer lead time (please order as far in advance as possible).
10. Written approval is required from Askinosie Chocolate on any related marketing and press materials before use of the name Askinosie Chocolate or any of its component marks or design elements in any form.
