DGF Transportation Services Form
DGF Transportation Services is creating bus routes for the 2020-2021 school year.  In-district students are assigned to a bus stop closest to their residence.  If you have a student starting kindergarten in the 2020-2021 school year or your students' transportation needs have changed, please complete this form.

Please review important information below:
1.  Students residing in the district will be assigned to a bus route based off of their home address in Synergy.
2.  Students are allowed one morning pickup location and one afternoon pickup location for the school year.  
3.  Students who are open-enrolled and were on a previous 2019-2020 DGF bus route, can request the same morning and afternoon pickup location as they had last year.
4.  If the morning pickup location and/or afternoon drop-off location is not your home address but rather a daycare, grandparents, friend, etc., please note the name and physical address of this designated location.
5.  We will notify parents when bus routes are posted to the students Synergy account via ParentVue for those students whose forms were completed.  
6.  Please complete this form by February 25, 2021 so that we can add you to the bus routes for the 2020-2021 school year.
