On-Location Hair/Makeup Services


STYLIST/ARTIST SERVICES
Stylist shall perform the services listed above according to the Work Plan and Milestones schedule on the invoice. Rosalyn Holmes agrees to arrive at the setup location at the time scheduled to perform these services for the Client under the terms and conditions set forth in this contract.

STYLIST/ARTIST OBLIGATIONS
ü  Shall provide services with reasonable care and skill.
ü  Shall perform the services promptly on the date and time agreed.
ü  If Stylist/Artist is unable to perform agreed services for any unforeseeable reason or any unavoidable situation, all payments shall be returned to the client with the understanding that there will be no further liability with respect to the agreement.
ü  Shall be the exclusive Make-up Artist/Hair Stylist for the Client. (Others may be permitted to service only at Artist/Stylist’s discretion.)
ü  Shall use her own products in the provision of the services.
 
CLIENT OBLIGATIONS
ü  Client is responsible for paying all fees in accordance with the contract (i.e. consultation, service fees, travel, parking, etc.).
ü  Client agrees to immediately inform Rosalyn Holmes and all assistants and/or agents regarding any sensitivities or allergies they may have to any types of makeup, products, and/or treatments.
ü  Client agrees not to hold Rosalyn Holmes, its agents, assistants, and staff responsible for any allergic reactions developed as a result of the make-up application or hair styling that may occur to Client.

PROPOSAL
The terms of this Agreement expires three [3] days after being submitted to the Client. If this Agreement expires, Stylist may modify the Agreement and resubmit it to the Client.

ADDITIONAL COST
Pricing in the Project Proposal includes only Stylist fees.

PAYMENT SCHEDULE
Fifty percent (50%) upon project commencement, remaining upon project completion.

PAYMENT TERMS
I understand the fee for the client’s makeup and/or hairstyling will be listed on the invoice.
*Please reference the attached invoice for the breakdown of services and fees. Final payment due the day before the scheduled service date.

PROMOTION
Stylist/Designer reserves the right to include photos and videos of the completed work in her portfolio.

MISCELLANEOUS
This Agreement shall be binding upon the parties, their heirs, successors, assigns, and personal representatives. This Agreement constitutes the entire understanding of the parties. Its terms can be modified only by an instrument in writing signed, except that the Client may authorize expenses or revisions orally. No terms attached to any check for payment under this Agreement can modify the Agreement except under an independent instrument in writing signed. Any dispute arising out of this agreement will be resolved by negotiation between the parties. This Agreement shall be governed by the laws of the State of Pennsylvania and courts of such state shall have exclusive jurisdiction and venue.
