Permission to Photograph/Record I hereby grant Public Academy for Performing Arts (PAPA permission to use photographs and name/or video recordings in any media format including Zoom type sessions or printed publications such as websites, promotional flyers, educational materials, derivative works, or for any other similar purpose without compensation. I acknowledge PAPA’s right to crop or treat the photograph and or edit the video at its discretion. I understand and agree that such photographs and/or video recordings of my child may be placed on the Internet. I also understand and agree that my child may be identified by name and/or title in printed, Internet or broadcast information that might accompany the photographs and/or video recordings of my child. I waive the right to approve the final product. I agree that all such portraits, pictures, photographs, video and audio recordings, and any reproductions thereof, and all plates, negatives, recording tape and digital files are and shall remain the property of PAPA. In addition, newspaper coverage, broadcast television programs and cable television programs or website sometimes feature PAPA classes and activities. When any such videotape, film, photograph or name is produced and released, it becomes the property of the party to whom it is released, and it may be replayed or reprinted at a later date. I agree to indemnify and hold harmless from any claims: Governing Council and all Employees of Public Academy for Performing Arts I hereby release, acquit and forever discharge PAPA, its current and former governing council members, agents, officers and employees of the above-named entities from any and all claims, demands, rights, promises, damages and liabilities arising out of or in connection with the use or distribution of said photographs/name and/or video recordings.
