2021 Dodgen-Walton "B" Invitational Team and Event Information Form
This form will provide us guidance when we select event judges and event helpers as well as assigning teams to appropriate flights.  We will notify you with the event test you will write or help with.  Please also officially register and pay through Scilympiad at https://scilympiad.com/dodgen-walton in addition to completing this form.  If the tournament is full, you will be placed on a waiting list and  notified if space available. We would like to bring the following number of teams to the invitational.   *
All teams from your school will compete in the same flight.  Each team is $75*.  (i.e. if you bring two teams, your fee would be $150).  All teams you register from your school must also be registered & paid up with your State Science Olympiad.   * Georgia Schools are discounted to $60 per team
We have paid our State registration fees.  All teams must have paid their State fee by November 1st to compete in this invitational. *
No refunds to Dodgen-Walton Invitational fees will be made after 10/12/2020.  Please start working on your State registration payment soon.  The State Fee payment is a National Science Olympiad requirement.

Team Experience and Achievements
We are planning on holding two award ceremonies based on team experience.  In order to place your school in the proper flight, please answer the following questions:

Test Writing / Event Selection
We are asking each experienced team to write test / run one event for each team registered. Please list your top 7 choices for writing tests / running events.

The following events already have people writing the tests- Solar System (NASA Chandra X-Ray Center) and Bioprocess Lab, Anatomy.  These events only need  graders as the written test will be provided.

New Team Helping *
If you are a new school and would like to help another team on tournament weekend with grading tests, please check all events you are willing to help with.  We will only assign you up to one event to help with per team.

We can provide a grader for 1 of the following events (the test & answer key will be provided).  Please check multiple events that people on your team have experience in or "Any Event" if you can help grade any subject.  We will only ask you to help with 1 event per team. *
This may be in addition to any events that you are writing tests for - if multiple teams from your school.

Please let us know if your team plans to enter a building event device so we can plan enough timeslots for students to run them virtually for the judges.
