The Franke Institute for the Humanities conference space includes a seminar room S-118 and a lounge area for receptions.
The seminar room and adjacent glass-encased reading room contain two long wooden tables, two round tables, a lectern, eight upholstered chairs, twenty wooden chairs, and an additional forty wooden chairs stored on dollies. Any furniture rearrangement must be restored to its original placement at the end of the event.
A small kitchen is available upon request, and it includes a refrigerator, microwave, and basic cutlery. The kitchen area and any appliances used must be cleaned before leaving the Franke Institute. Standard cleaning supplies are provided.
Keycard access to the space is granted to event organizers/assistants as needed during the preparation time and duration of the event. Keys to requested spaces will be issued before the start of the event. All entry items and access are coordinated during your Franke overview appointment.
Promotional materials for the event can be publicized by the Franke Institute if submitted promptly with the appropriate formats, dimensions, and orientation.
