Application Period: We will take applications for the following years show starting November 1st through the start of the event. Once spaces are full, applications will still be accepted for our waiting list.

October 17-20, 2024 (Application period November 1, 2023-October 18, 2024)
October 16-19, 2025 (Application period November 1, 2024-October 15, 2025)
October 15-18, 2026 (Application period November 1, 2025-October 14, 2026)
October 14-17, 2027 (Application period November 1, 2026-October 13, 2027)
October 19-22, 2028 (Application period November 1, 2027-October 13, 2028)
No application fee.
Booth fee is $400 (due upon acceptance) per single space.
Commission is 10% (due at the end of the event).
You must collect and pay Arkansas Sales Tax at the rate of 7.5%. You will receive an information packet with these forms during the event. If you have an Arkansas Sales Tax Permit, it will need to be on file with our office after acceptance.
Booth spaces are 8'x13'. Double booth spaces are available if approved.
At the conclusion of this form, please email four to six photos to info@wareaglefair.com.
You may also mail your photos to PO Box 796, Rogers, AR 72757.
These photos should include:
A. Your art/craft in at least TWO stages of development
B. Your final, finished art/craft
C. Your booth set up
Samples may be sent in place of photos but they will only be returned if postage is included.
Applications will NOT be processed until photos are received.
