Artists Meet-Up: Online Performances
Over the past months and across the globe 🌍 , there have been numerous efforts to engage with online possibilities in the performing arts sector. The project ‘Chronicles of a Spring not as Planned: Resources for Online Performances’ by ARC Research & Consultancy is supported by the Malta Arts Fund Special Call and has explored the working procedures to create, set up, and produce online performances 💻 as well as the challenges encountered by this process with regards to aesthetic, ethic, and artistic procedures.

An ONLINE TOOLKIT 🛠 📄 has been created with the purpose of enabling producers, directors, performers and theatre practitioners 🎭 to explore online performance possibilities through recommendations on • technical production • production management • marketing and communications, audiences • financial sustainability •
Join us for this online event on Tuesday 27th October at 6PM, which will consist of the facebook live streaming of a 10-minute DOCUMENTARY 📹 on the topic, followed by a ZOOM Meet-Up 💬 in which we will chat about the experience of performing online as well as the future of the performing arts, including the notion of creating performances for online audiences.
