Application Process

The application process is a very important step to placing you with your dream team to ensure they will provide you with resources you never imagined, accountability for your life and business goals, and access to ideas that can only result from the combined intelligence of a group of fellow creative professionals committed to helping you succeed.

The success of a mastermind group depends on your integrity and your level of commitment. The information you provide in this application is completely confidential and will be used for acceptance and placement purposes only. Please complete the application as thoroughly and honestly as possible.

You will be contacted shortly regarding acceptance into the Creative Professionals Mastermind Group. Occasionally, an additional interview is needed to determine whether this is the best fit for you. If accepted, you will receive a digital agreement and payment details.

The value you get from participating in the mastermind group depends on your commitment to do the work between meetings and to show up fully. For maximum benefit, please expect to spend 1-3 hours in between meetings (3-6 hours/month) on assignments, contribution to the message boards, and meeting preparation and reflection.

Every effort will be made to place you in the group that meets at your preferred time. Groups do cap out at 6-8 members, and requests will be processed in the order they are received. Please contact Gregory if you find you are in a group with a time that you cannot accommodate.

I will come to meetings prepared to discuss the assignment. I will abide by the agenda set for the group. I will share my needs and seek group input whenever asked to do so. I will willingly and generously contribute ideas and solutions to the needs my team members bring to the meetings. I will treat my team members with respect and follow the communication guidelines provided by the facilitator to the best of my ability. I will add all meetings to my schedule and make it a priority to attend every meeting. I will share my knowledge of relevant resources that I believe will help my team members increase their success. I will not judge how my team members define success, but will support them toward whatever they hope to achieve. I will make every effort to arrive on time and participate fully in the meetings.
