SCM Anniversary Alumni Talks - Registration Form
Thank you for your overwhelming response to the SCM Anniversary Celebration Party held on 10 March 2023!!!
Successful registrants, including alumni and guest visitors, shall receive an email enclosed with a QR code from CityU's Electronic Visitor Registration System on or before 9 March 2023. On the day of the visit, please present the QR code to our duty staff, you might be asked for identification. A visitor badge will be given which is valid for the day.
CityU current staff and students who have pre-registered shall receive our email confirmation. Please confirm your presence to our duty staff at our Reception Counter for the visitor badge.
