Days of Summer Camp - Camper Application

Days of Summer Camp is open to children with Down syndrome as young as three (3) and as old as thirteen (13) years of age. The camp is also open to any siblings ages three (3) to ten (10) years old.

This summer camp will be held Monday, August 2-6, 2021 from 8:30 am- 3:30 pm in Middletown, Delaware (location to be announced soon, pending COVID Guidelines).

The deadline to apply is July 1, 2021.

Due to the limited number of campers we can accept per year, please do not complete an application for your child(ren) unless you can guarantee, except for unforeseen circumstances (illness, family emergency), that your child will be attending all five days. *
