Food Vendor Application for the 2024 Simcoe Heritage Friendship Festival!
Dates for this year's Festival are Friday August 2-Monday August 5, 2024.

The form, below, is the Food Vendor Application for our Festival Food Vendors, and will also serve as an Agreement between your business and The Festival.  Please make sure you have read through the information on our website and on this form about Vendor Pricing, Application Deadlines and Additional Requirements (particularly the Haldimand-Norfolk Health Unit policies and applications).

PLEASE NOTE: Payment, in full, is due at the time of application, and applications will be considered incomplete without payment.  We will acknowledge receipt of your application, and acceptance to the Festival, via email within 1 week of Completed Submission with Payment.

As of 2024,  we ONLY have LIMITED 15 amp service available in the park. Please indicate if you need power and if you will be bringing a QUIET generator to supplement the available electrical power in the park. There will be NO additional charge for this. Choose ONE option, below. *

As a vendor, you must provide your own approved flame-retardant tent, tables, CSA-approved extension cords/power bars, booth materials and a CSA-approved fire extinguisher. All power cords must be covered to avoid trip hazards.  Please acknowledge this requirement of participation. *
All Vendors are required to provide insurance as follows: $2,000,000 Bodily Injury & Property Damage – Inclusive with The Simcoe Heritage Friendship Festival, and The Corporation of Norfolk County shown on the Certificate of Insurance as additional insured.                    Simcoe Heritage Friendship Festival Address:  P.O. Box 22047, Simcoe, ON, N3Y 0A9.  The Corporation of Norfolk County, 50 Colborne St. S., Simcoe, ON  N2Y4H3.  This must be provided via email to info@friendshipfest.ca no later than July 1, 2024. Please check, below, that you acknowledge this. *
You agree to comply with the Haldimand-Norfolk Health Unit rules, and all Applications and Approvals must be provided to the Festival at least 60 days prior to the Festival start date of August 2, 2024, and preferably by May 13, 2024. *
