The Bridgewater-Raynham Regional School Committee, at its meeting on January 25, 2023, voted on its commitment to continue School Choice. The number of students admitted in grades 9-12 is based on the space available as determined by the School District.

The purpose of this Application Form is to apply for School Choice
The deadline for submitting an application and all required documents is Friday, March 24, 2023, by 4:00 p.m.

Please note the application must be accompanied by all the required documents. A list of those documents is as follows:

Copy of current and prior year report cards
Academic Records
Test Scores (MCAS)
Completed Record Release Form
Discipline Record
If applicable: I.E.P./504 Plan, I.C.A.P., Other(including any court orders)
