Youth Program: Designed for students ages 8-14, this program will run for 6 weeks beginning on Tuesday, June 2nd. Rehearsals will take place every Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday from 4:30 until 6:00  pm until performances the weekend of July 12th. Tech week attendance (July 6-9) and performance dates (July 11-12) are mandatory.

Young Adult Program: Designed for students ages 15-18, this program will run for 6 weeks beginning on Tuesday, June 2nd. Rehearsals will take place every Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday from 6:00 to 7:30 pm until performances the weekend of July 12th. Tech week attendance (July 6-9) and performance dates (July 11-12) are mandatory.

During rehearsals, students will work to meet individual goals that are set by Instructors at the start of the program. The purpose of this 6 week program is to provide students with autism and other differing abilities an opportunity to interact with peers in a safe, accommodating, and flexible environment. Participants will focus on social, behavior, and communication skills. Many of our participants have varying levels of needs, and BCT makes every effort to accommodate each child’s preferences, interests, needs, and strengths.

 Volunteers will be responsible for assisting individual students and helping lead small groups. Volunteers will have to read the rehearsal lesson plans prior to arriving. Volunteers should arrive in a timely manner and be able to assist students with various needs. There will be two mandatory training sessions for all Instructors and Volunteers, date and times TBA in addition to the Parent Meeting on Monday, June 1st.
