The Culture and Related Industries IRC is currently completing two projects to address current skills and knowledge gaps in the CUA Training Package.

-22A: VIRTUAL AND HYBRID EVENTS AND CREATIVE PRODUCTS - Creating three new units of competency and a new skill set to address the skill gaps identified.

- 22B: WORKING WITH CONFRONTING MATERIAL -  Creating one new unit of competency to address the skills and knowledge gap in managing individual response in working with confronting materials.

Who do we want to hear from?
This survey is targeted to industry professionals with a strong passion about the future skills and knowledge in virtual and hybrid events and working with confronting material.

We want to hear from interested employers and experts, industry representatives, trainers, assessors, peak bodies and others who are passionate about improving vocational education and training, and/or who would like to provide feedback around industry trends, skills needs or training priorities in their sector.  You do not need to know specifically about vocational training to be able to provide feedback.
