Baptism Seminar Online Registration

Baptism seminar will be conducted ONLINE via Zoom. Kindly login online before 8:30 AM on Sunday, 12th May 2024. Registrations will commence at 8:30 AM. The seminar will start at 9:00 AM and conclude at 10:30 AM. Please note that the meeting will be locked at 9:10 AM. Further details will be shared via email. Kindly note that the email with the zoom link and login details will go to the contact e-mail address.

Documents required for the Baptism Ceremony:

1. Baptism Ceremony Registration Form

2. Baptism Seminar Attendance certificates of both parents and godparents

Photocopy of the Church Marriage Certificate of the parents
Photocopy of the Birth Certificate of the child
Godparent/s church marriage certificate (if married) or Confirmation Certificate (if single)
