Welcome!  Your host will provide all the food ingredients, including Chocolate and Vanilla Life Shakes.  Please bring any additional Shaklee Protein flavors you'd like, 14 freezer containers or bags and a cooler with ice packs.  The cost of the workshop depends on the options you choose.  Payment (Paypal+ paypal fee, cash or check) will be accepted.
