PLEASE NOTE: AT THIS TIME, ALL EDUCATIONAL TABLES ARE RESERVED. IF YOUR ORGANIZATION IS STILL INTERESTED IN RESERVING A TABLE, PLEASE FILL OUT THE FORM AND YOU WILL BE ADDED TO A WAITING LIST. SHOULD ANY TABLES BECOME AVAILABLE, ORGANIZATIONS WILL BE CONTACTED ON A FIRST COME, FIRST SERVE BASIS.

Educational tables from non-profit organizations, educational institutions, and governmental agencies are an integral part of the Convention. Due to high demand, a limited number of tables are available, and will be distributed on a first come, first served basis.

RESERVATIONS ARE NOT COMPLETE UNTIL PAYMENT IS RECEIVED. Reservations include one 8ft by 30in table, draped and skirted and one chair. Electricity is available upon request.
